This Privacy Policy describes how aiconfidential.it/ collects, uses and protects the personal data of users who visit the site or use its tools.

Data collected. Contact links, including Did you find Fibonacci?, open your email application: the website does not send a message. If you write, your contact details and the information included in your communication are received. Games and questionnaires process answers in your browser without sending them to the controller. Hosting services also process technical browsing data, which may include your IP address and the resources requested. See the Cookie policy for cookies.

External fonts. The backwards-reading pages load some typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser sends Google your IP address, the requested resource address and technical request information, including browser and referring page details. According to the Google Fonts documentation, this service does not set cookies or use this data for profiling or targeted advertising.

Purposes. Data are processed to reply to requests, manage any professional relationship, deliver the website and maintain its operation and security. Requests for services may involve precontractual steps requested by the user; legal obligations and security have their respective legal bases.

Retention. Communication data are kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months.

User rights. Users may request access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data by writing to the controller’s email. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante della Privacy).
