This Privacy Policy describes how aiconfidential.it/ collects, uses and protects the personal data of users who visit the site or use its tools.

Data collected. The site collects anonymous browsing data via technical cookies and, with consent, analytics cookies. The page Did you find Fibonacci? includes a contact form collecting name and email so that the controller can reply.

Purposes. Data are used exclusively to reply to the user’s messages and for aggregate statistical traffic analysis.

Retention. Contact form data are kept for the time needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months.

User rights. Users may request access, rectification, erasure and portability of their data by writing to the controller’s email. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante della Privacy).
