Posture isn’t learned from manuals: it’s learned by crossing. Seven thresholds, each with a real gesture and a visit. They are not crossed at a run: they are inhabited.

Before the architecture comes the posture, and the posture is the Confident Attitude: using AI while keeping sovereignty over meaning.

  1. Threshold Zero · Operational entanglement. Stop treating AI as a utensil: it is an environment we are already knotted into.
  2. First · The archaeologist who digs his own ground. Before automating, listen to the floor: the Tuesday night, the file that does not exist.
  3. Second · Where it hurts, listen there. Don’t ask where the value is: ask where the pain is.
  4. Third · The chef and the ingredients. Garbage in, poetry out does not exist. Every prompt is an ingredient; taste it with the teaspoon.
  5. Fourth · From below grows better. Good practices sprout like mushrooms: spore, hypha, network, fruit. Don’t pave it over.
  6. Fifth · Do not repair what should be killed. Automating a stupid process produces automated stupidity. Take the red marker.
  7. Sixth · Growing together or replacing. Delegate what tires you without growing you; keep what tires you while growing you.
  8. Seventh · The shared keeper. A name beside the system: who has the right, and the duty, to say ‘not like this’.
